These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.yourspay.in and the services offered by Salem YoursPay Capital Limited (CIN U64191TZ2026PLC038146) ("YoursPay", "we", "us"). By accessing this website or applying for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under Indian law to use our services.
YoursPay facilitates financial services including savings/deposits, loans, insurance, digital banking (AEPS, DMT, BBPS, UPI, QR/POS, Soundbox), retailer & franchise onboarding, and related advisory. Certain products are offered in partnership with regulated banks, NBFCs, insurers and payment networks and are additionally governed by the partner's terms. All services are subject to eligibility, KYC verification, credit appraisal and internal policies.
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information and to submit valid KYC documents. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information may result in rejection of your application, termination of services and appropriate legal action. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and OTPs confidential.
Applicable interest rates, processing fees, penal charges, taxes and other charges are disclosed before you accept any service. You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any product you avail. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All content, logos, marks, designs and materials on this website are the property of Salem YoursPay Capital Limited or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use them without prior written permission.
Our website may link to third-party sites or embed third-party services (analytics, ads, chat, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of such third parties.
By submitting your details, you consent to receive service and marketing communication from YoursPay over SMS, email, WhatsApp and phone. You can opt out of marketing communication at any time by writing to info@yourspay.in.
We run advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms. Ad creatives are for information only and are subject to full product terms disclosed at the time of application. Any promotional offers are valid only for the period and audience stated in the creative.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoursPay, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or services. Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YoursPay and its partners against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services or violation of law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any service without notice if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu.
