  • KYC & financial: Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, income and loan details โ€” collected only when required for a specific service.
  • Enquiry data: messages you send via forms, WhatsApp, calls or in-branch.
  • Usage & device: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, referrer, timestamps and interactions โ€” collected via cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Advertising identifiers: click IDs (e.g., gclid, fbclid), hashed identifiers and event data used by Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure campaign performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process applications, provide and improve our services, and deliver customer support.
  • Verify identity, prevent fraud and meet KYC/AML obligations.
