Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds, cancellations and reversals are handled at YoursPay.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to fees and charges collected by Salem YoursPay Capital Limited ("YoursPay") for its financial services, digital banking transactions, franchise onboarding and partner services. Products offered in partnership with regulated banks, NBFCs and payment networks are additionally governed by the respective partner's terms.

1. Enquiries & Loan Applications

Submitting an enquiry or a loan application on our website, WhatsApp or at a branch is free of cost. No processing fees or charges are collected before your application is approved and you have accepted the loan terms in writing.

2. Loan Processing Fees

  • Processing fees, if any, are disclosed clearly in the sanction letter before disbursal.
  • Once a loan is disbursed, processing fees are non-refundable, as they cover appraisal, documentation and disbursal costs.
  • If a sanctioned loan is cancelled by you before disbursal, any collected processing fee is refunded after deducting actual out-of-pocket costs (such as valuation, CIBIL or stamping charges), if applicable.

3. Fixed Deposits & Recurring Deposits

Deposit products are offered through our partner banks/NBFCs. Premature withdrawal, interest treatment and cancellation windows follow the respective partner's published terms, which are shared with you at the time of booking.

4. Digital Banking & Payment Transactions

  • Payment transactions (AEPS, DMT, BBPS, UPI, QR/POS) are processed in real time by the respective network (NPCI, banks, billers).
  • Failed transactions where the amount is debited but service is not delivered are automatically reversed by the network, typically within T+1 to T+7 working days.
  • For unresolved failed transactions, raise a service request through Service Requests or write to info@yourspay.in. We will coordinate with the partner and update you within 7 working days.

5. Franchise, Retailer ID & Onboarding Fees

  • Franchise / retailer onboarding fees are collected only after you have signed the onboarding agreement.
  • Fees are non-refundable once your Retailer ID / franchise kit has been activated, as costs are incurred for KYC, device provisioning and network setup.
  • If activation cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to YoursPay, the fee is refunded in full within 10 working days to the original mode of payment.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Eligible refunds are credited to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, card).
  • Standard processing time is 7โ€“10 working days from the date of approval, subject to your bank.
  • You will receive an SMS/email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a transaction is unauthorised or incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate in coordination with the partner network and revert within 15 working days as per RBI's Customer Protection framework.

8. Grievance Redressal

If you are not satisfied with the refund outcome, please escalate as per our Grievance Redressal Policy.
